I have been dealing with Scooter HQ for over 2 years now. I have purchased 3 scooters in that time, and I can say with much confidence that my next one will be from them as well.

I have always been offered great customer service from Day 1, where they would come to my home and service my scooter, even though I did not purchase it from them.

I have found them to be very professional in all dealing from sales, delivery, after sales servicing, and parts requirements.

I have recommended them to many people who ask me about my Scooter, and these people have in turn come back to me, and said thanks for the referral.

I take much pride in my scooter, and I would not have anyone even look at it, if I did not trust them with their workmanship, and abilities. That is the reason Scooter HQ, and ONLY Scooter HQ service my scooters.

Joelbe22...Are you sure you are talking about Scooter HQ on the Gold Coast? Because that sounds nothing like the kind of service that they provide. I've been dealing with them now for about 3.5 years and have found them to be the most knowledgable and professional business, and all round great bunch of people! Scooter HQ Rocks!!!

I have ONLY dealt with Scooter HQ in the past, as that's where I purchased my 1st and only Scooter from... I have found them to be very knowledgeable about there products and services etc. In fact I was sold (on the spot) a different model scooter than I went there to enquire about buying. As it would suit my needs better and I'm glad I was, and still am very happy with my purchase today after 1.5yrs...

I am wanting too buy my second scooter within the next few months and if Scooter HQ can continue to provide me with the service and knowledge and advise that I've now become accustomed too receiving from them over the past 1.5yrs I will continue to deal with them. That's if they have or can order the scooter I’m after of course!!
Though on a (constructive) negative note, they could work on improving there communication skills within there business eg- booking in scooter services...And provide follow-up calls with there valued/loyal customers so that there not inconvenienced by making unnecessary trips or having to make phone calls that haven’t been returned...

On a positive note, they organize and participate in monthly group rides which are ALWAYS enjoyable and fun! Maintenance Workshops! Christmas BBQ for customers etc etc and most importantly, allot of us Scooter Nuts considers the staff at Scooter HQ as friends!!

Well brought my latest Scooter from Scooter HQ on the Gold Coast and can't fault them. They assisted in my inital decision making process and provided the expertise that i would expect from a dealer but there was NO PRESSURE.

I didn't get jumped on from the moment i walked into the showroom. Since then have been back to them twice for my inital service and sundries and cannot fault them.

The Monthly rides they organise are great fun and looking at participating in more in 2010.

Great work, keep it up!

If your after a knowledgable, freindly,well priced and good value (compared to others)family owned and run Scooter business to purchase or service your ride, there is no other place to go, than Scooter HQ on Johnston Road, Southport. I myself have found myself ridding from Brisbane several times over past few years to have my ride serviced at it's sheduled times.

Why would I go that distance if I wasn't happy with the service or costing. When I could easily take it too several places in Brisbane and cost me more, and known as a number and not by name personally or take the time to get to know you. And the continued service I have came to expect, not just after handing over my hard earn money. It's nice to be noticed, greeted by name once you walk through the doors etc. I know I will continue to go there, and the others I have referred there.

I say:- Everyone (who dosn't matter) just LAY OFF SCOOTER HQ and find something more constructive and TRUTHFULL to bitch about!!
